Lego Retail Stores

Pixelwerx partnered with a third-party agency to support a range of LEGO retail and experiential projects across the country. The Challenge

Executing graphics for a globally recognized brand like LEGO demands precision, consistency, and disciplined execution.

Every element had to align exactly with established brand standards — from color accuracy and material performance to dimensional detail and surface application. Even minor inconsistencies would be highly visible within LEGO’s bold visual identity.

The work also spanned multiple retail locations and experiential venues nationwide, requiring coordinated production and installation to ensure brand consistency across every environment. Protecting the integrity of the LEGO experience — at scale — was critical.

The Pixelwerx Approach

Pixelwerx approached each LEGO project as a precision execution exercise.

Working closely with the agency team, we translated finalized creative into production-ready graphics, carefully managing color accuracy, material performance, and finishing details. All graphics were printed in-house to maintain consistency across locations and applications.

Pixelwerx produced multiple graphic elements designed to work together cohesively within the store experience. This included custom pole wraps designed to visually mimic LEGO bricks using LEGO’s signature white, yellow, and gray palette, large-scale wall graphics that blended LEGO’s imaginative world-building with localized storytelling, and store barricade graphics used during construction and refresh periods to maintain brand presence even when spaces were temporarily closed.

The Result

The finished graphics brought LEGO’s brand to life across a range of retail and experiential touchpoints — from immersive in-store environments to construction barricades that kept the brand visible during transitions.

By treating every surface as part of the brand experience, Pixelwerx helped ensure LEGO’s presence remained playful, consistent, and engaging — even behind the scenes.

Why It Worked

This work succeeded because of disciplined collaboration and controlled execution.

The agency provided creative direction and brand oversight, while Pixelwerx delivered in-house production and coordinated nationwide installation with precision and consistency. By managing color accuracy, material performance, and on-site execution under one connected process, we ensured every location reflected the same standard — regardless of scale or geography.

The result was a seamless translation of LEGO’s brand from concept to physical space, executed correctly every time.
